Beatryce Nivens, also co-authored and wrote the LBW’s “Bi-Cultural Leadership” section for its survey “Having Our Say: Fostering the Leadership Potential of Black Women in Corporate America: Support for Retention and Engagement” conducted in partnership with LBW and Booz Allen Hamilton.
