Cynthia is Director of Learning and Performance at a Fortune 500 corporation in the financial and insurance services industry. She leads  e-learning for 24,000 new and experienced sales force members. In 2012, Training Magazine ranked her organization’s training functions 19^th within the Top 125.  In 2011 Cynthia was featured in Who’s Who in Black Columbus, Ohio. Cynthia is pursuing her doctorate in organizational leadership at University of Maryland Eastern Shore, where she is studying the leadership and business practices of women entrepreneurs. She has a master’s in education from Harvard University and a bachelor’s of science from Lake Forest College. She is an empty nester who enjoys living at Buckeye Lake outside Columbus, Ohio .
